Feminist Peace Collective is established in 2020 by local feminists in response to the Second Karabakh War by exploring the concepts of peace, conflict, militarism, imperialism, capitalism, nationalism, gender, masculinity, and other related issues in order to convey a feminist peace discourse to society.

Our goals

To acquaint readers with feminist peace literature by writing articles, stories, and translations in Azerbaijani and to create accessible information in the Azerbaijani language.

In response to the dominance of the homogeneous nationalist-masculine discourse after the Second Karabakh War, to spread of feminist peace discourse and the presentation of alternative views

By becoming a platform for local and regional feminist writers to share their research and opinions,  to fight together against violent systems that oppress us
